Life can be very stressful at times.  When presented with a difficult situation, it can be too much for some people to manage.  

Don't suffer in silence, talk to someone.  There is help out there.


Practicing Gratitude trains your mind to focus on the good things in life and brings about a more positive outlook in general.  A great exercise to help overcome Anxiety, Depression and even Stress.
